• Create a Passphrase keep it saved somewhere

• logout and login again

• use mobile browser / desktop browser for login

• logout and log back in to log in with the same user name or if you have an existing account

• Network turn off :- Click on create Account

• Give a user name. It should be shown “Please check your connection and try again”

• Go back and try click on login and Give a username then it should show the connection

• Kill the app and turn off network then turn on chack the app
